My journey began at the age of 8 when I told my parents I wanted to play golf. It surprised them as they didn’t know anything about the game and thought it was only for rich and retired people. I quickly developed a passion for the game while taking lessons and competing on the Kids Tour. During my teenage years, every thought was about golf, I couldn’t get enough of it. I dreamt about becoming one of the best players in the world and play on the biggest stages. I travelled with the national team and played amateur tournaments all around the world.

At the age of 17 I knew I wanted to play golf professionally but my parents wanted me to get a higher degree of education, which I totally accepted. This is why I decided to go to college in the US where I could combine school and golf. I spent my first year at Abilene Christian University then transferred to Lamar University. I graduated in 2010 with a bachelor degree in Finance and Economics and decided to go for my MBA. At the same time, I turned professional, mixing tournaments in the US and Europe. I always seemed to find a good balance between school and golf. I graduated with my Master in Business Administration from Lamar University in August 2013. Now, I decided to come back to Europe to play golf full time and pursue my dream.
